All insights provided are informational and are not guaranteed to produce specific results.

2. Subscription & Billing

2.1 Recurring Billing

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis, beginning on the date you sign up.
By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge the payment method on file each month until cancelled.

2.2 Subscription Fees

Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time but will provide notice before changes take effect.

2.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may attempt to reprocess it. Access to the Service may be paused until the payment issue is resolved.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require a 60-day advance written notice.

5. Competitor Crawling & Data Accuracy

Our system crawls publicly available data from your competitors’ websites.
You acknowledge that:

• Results may vary based on competitors’ activity

• We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, ranking outcomes, or performance improvements

• Insights are recommendations, not professional or legal advice

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, AI models, proprietary scoring formulas, dashboards, and content are owned by [Your Company Name].
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service during your subscription.

You may not modify, distribute, license, or resell the Service.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We do not sell or share client data.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We do not guarantee increased rankings, traffic, revenue, or performance.

• Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid in the past 3 months of your subscription.
   

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

• You fail to maintain an active payment method

You remain responsible for all charges through the end of any required notice period.
