Refund Policy

At AIM, we are committed to providing accurate, valuable AI-driven insights and competitive analytics. Because our platform delivers instant digital data, crawls, and analysis upon signup, all purchases are considered final. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled.

1. No Refunds on Memberships

All membership payments—monthly, yearly, or otherwise—are non-refundable.
This includes:

  • Monthly plan payments

  • Monthly installments of a yearly contract

  • Charges incurred during required cancellation notice periods

  • Fees related to early termination buyouts

Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. Yearly Contract Refunds & Buyouts

If you are on a yearly membership (billed monthly):

  • Cancelling early does not eliminate your financial obligation.

  • You may either:
    (a) Continue paying monthly until your 12-month term ends, or
    (b) Pay a 75% buyout of the remaining contract value.

Buyout fees are non-refundable once paid.

3. Cancellation During Notice Period

For plans requiring a notice period (60 days notice):

  • Billing will continue during the notice period.

  • No refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time.

  • Access remains active until the cancellation window ends and all outstanding amounts are paid.

Failure to complete payment during the notice period may result in account suspension, but financial obligations remain.

4. Instant Access & Digital Services

Because our system delivers immediate value—such as competitor crawls, ranking data, keyword analysis, and AI-generated insights—these services cannot be returned or undone. As a result, we do not offer refunds based on:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of use or inactivity

  • Results not meeting expectations

  • Competitor data variations

  • Ranking or performance outcomes

Our platform provides guidance and analytics, but specific results are not guaranteed.

5. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe a billing error has occurred (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and correct genuine mistakes.
This does not apply to legitimate recurring subscription charges.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Cancellation of discounts

  • Permanent platform access restrictions

  • May result in legal actions taken

We encourage you to reach out so our team can resolve any issues quickly.

7. Trials, Promotions & Discounts

Any free trials, promotional rates, or discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited.
